| Short Description | The GBD500800BC FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore sizes between 4.501" and 5.000". Featuring 6.00" of abrasive globules which are composed of 800 grit Boron Carbide (BC). Excellent for Medium to high carbon steels and heat-treated steels to 50 Rc. It is also useful in titanium. 800 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 3 - 10 Microinch (.05 - .2 Micrometer). |
